Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

  1. The customer shall provide their artwork as a print ready file as specified in the product description.
  2. Geelong Printing is under no obligation to print any supplied artwork that does not meet specifications.
  3. Any artwork that has been re-supplied due to changes or design flaws will inccur a $30.00 administration fee.

Payment Provisions

  1. Production of requested product will not commence until Geelong Printing has received payment for the product in full.
  2. Payment can be made via internet banking, all major credit cards, cheque, or cash.
  3. Payment via internet banking will require remittance advice or production will not commence until funds have cleared.
  4. When paying via cheque printing will not commence until cheque has cleared.

Freight Provisions

  1. Delivery via freight only available within Australia.
  2. Freight charges will be calculated and included in the billable price prior to production based from quantity of the product and location of the customers postal address provided with the product order.
  3. Geelong printing takes no responsibility for any damages to the product whilst in freight.
